DISKOBRE LEAD WORKSPACE
Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 8, 2026
Information used to provide the service
The service processes account details such as your name and email address, authentication data, search settings and results, saved lead information, and settings you choose to provide. It also processes technical and account activity needed to operate the service, protect accounts, and troubleshoot problems.
Cookies and tracking
We use essential session cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember appearance and navigation preferences, protect requests against forgery, and keep temporary billing, discovery, and invitation state. The workspace does not currently enable third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
Trial eligibility network hash
To enforce the one-trial-per-network limit, when an account is verified the service derives a keyed hash from the sign-up network identifier. IPv4 addresses are matched individually; IPv6 addresses are grouped by their /64 network. The trial-eligibility record stores the keyed hash, not the raw address, and is retained to prevent repeated trial claims. Local and desktop installations skip this check, and invited team members are exempt.
How information is used and shared
Information is used to authenticate you, provide discovery and workspace features, manage plans and credits, send account messages, prevent abuse, and maintain the service. Relevant information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, search, email, payments, storage, or optional AI features. Payment details entered in hosted checkout are handled by the payment provider; the workspace uses payment confirmations to update account access.
Retention and your choices
Account and workspace information is kept while needed to provide the service. After confirmed account closure, private workspace data is erased by retryable cleanup. Our operator-approved financial retention rule keeps restricted payment/accounting records and the minimum associated account-closure record for 10 years from the latest account closure or financial activity, whichever is later. This is an operational retention rule, not a statement that Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations universally require 10 years. Applicable tax requirements must be assessed by the operator.
Scheduled retention cleanup then removes the closed account's eligible financial records and inactive account tombstone. Unresolved payments and operator legal holds block that purge until resolved. Shared-team accounting needed by other accounts is preserved without the closed account's identity. The unlinked trial-eligibility hash is retained to prevent repeated trial claims and is not removed by the financial purge. Active accounts' financial records are not expired by this closed-account procedure.
Backups, independent providers' records, and already delivered emails are handled separately; workspace deletion does not erase them immediately. Backup expiry and applying erasures before a restored backup is reopened are operator-managed procedures.
Under applicable Philippine data privacy law, you may request erasure or blocking where the conditions for those rights are met. These rights are not an unconditional entitlement to immediate deletion of every record. Retention must have an applicable lawful basis.
Deletion requests and account closure
Self-service account deletion is available in Settings. It requires your current password and a single-use link sent to your verified account email. Confirmation signs out every device and queues retryable cleanup. Other requests must be reviewed by the service operator, with reasonable identity verification proportionate to the request. Specify whether you are requesting removal of particular personal data, closure of your account, or both.
Team owners must remove members and revoke pending invitations before self-service closure. Members' accounts and private leads are not deleted. Open or unresolved purchases block self-service closure, but not a separate privacy review. Account access ends immediately on confirmation; workspace and associated unshared screenshots are deleted once active work has drained. Keep your private deletion receipt to check cleanup progress; it expires when the retained account-closure record is purged.
Exercising privacy rights does not require waiving a payment complaint or accepting forfeiture of paid access. For a particular data-erasure request without account closure, contact cv@diskobre.com.
For concerns about the handling of your personal data, you may contact the National Privacy Commission, subject to its applicable complaint procedures.
Security and updates
Safeguards are used to protect account and workspace information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. This policy may be updated as the service changes. The current version and its update date are shown on this page.
