DISKOBRE LEAD WORKSPACE
Terms of Service
Last updated: November 8, 2026
Using the service
diskobre Lead Workspace helps you discover business and hiring information, organize leads, and prepare outreach. You are responsible for your account, the instructions you submit, and how you use information from the service. Use the service lawfully, protect your sign-in details, and do not disrupt or attempt to access another account.
Accounts and trials
Keep your account information accurate and tell us if you believe someone else has accessed your account. Email verification is required to start a trial. A trial provides 30 search credits for 7 days and is limited to one claim per account and sign-up network. Trial availability and features may be subject to the limits shown on the Plans & Pricing page.
Plans, credits, and payments
Plan features, prices, credit limits, and payment terms are shown on the Plans & Pricing and Billing pages. Plan and top-up purchases are one-time payments and do not automatically renew. Access or credits are provided after payment confirmation. Search credits are service units, are not cash, and cannot be transferred except where the service provides shared team use.
Credit refunds for discovery and requests for cash refunds are different processes. See the Refund Policy for details. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Search results and outreach (Indemnification)
Business listings, contact details, job postings, and other search results may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Review information before relying on it. You are responsible for ensuring that any outreach you send complies with applicable privacy, marketing, and anti-spam requirements.
You agree to indemnify and hold diskobre harmless against any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the service, particularly regarding any violations of anti-spam laws, unauthorized outreach, or misuse of contact information.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, diskobre disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, data, or profits, arising from service interruptions or reliance on inaccurate search results. These limitations and the indemnification clause do not exclude mandatory consumer remedies, non-waivable privacy rights, or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Account closure and data requests
You may request account closure or exercise applicable data privacy rights through the Contact & Support channel. Self-service account deletion is available in Settings, with password and verified-email confirmation. A data access, correction, or erasure request is not automatically an instruction to close your account or forfeit paid access.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to maintain or improve it. When we publish material changes to these terms, we queue an account email and display a prominent workspace notice until you acknowledge seeing it. Failed email delivery is retried; acknowledgement is not a waiver of your rights. We will not use this statement to remove rights that apply to you under mandatory law. Questions about these terms can be raised through the Contact & Support page.
